If I could rate less than 1-star , I would.Where to start....When i first got the car 12month's ago i got in touch with them as there was no manual , scratches in the tinted windows and the air conditioning didn't work at all, I was later told it didn't need re-gassing but the whole system needed replacing by 3 separate garages,which I obviously got no reply too.1 month later the exhaust split in half again no response from the company, the screenwash water tank seal leaks ,also the window on driver side has needed fixing as the window didn't work but what has made me write the review after months of fixing and replacing items is,Ive also received a £350 bill for needing a brand new alternator and upon doing this work i was informed the car has clearly been in a accident and the front was being held on ,literally by tye wraps.Funnily enough I was kept in the dark about the accident.these guys will not reply to messages on watss app.countless emails sent to the site directly and also from my email account directly to theres,and they will not answer there phones,instead waiting either for it to ring out or voicemail. Do not buy a thing from these people

I organised a viewing to view a Jaguar xf and after driving 2 hours to view the vehicle I was invited with the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I’m not sure who’s reviewing these but the reviews do not add up. They must be reviewing their own company. I saw a price of £7495 and said what is your lowest price he said I’m not dropping 1p (which is fine) but then he said and on top of that I am adding £150 on for a service fee which I knew nothing about. He said it’s stated on the website but I never seen the car through his website I saw is through a third party website where it wasn’t stated! He then jumped up out of his chair like he was going to do something LOL then said get out my office. Glad I never brought the car because if there was to be a fault with it I could only imagine what attitude they would have if they have one even before you buy a car. They told me the only pay with cash too which I thought was weird, must be laundering or something, can be the only thing that makes sense when a company says no bank transfers!

Best car dealership in the north west really professional team and all cars are to a very very high standard 2 lads Joe and Tyrell who work with all the cars downstairs the most polite and helpful lads I’ve met let me try a good few cars out and did not rush me into anything helped me find the best dead an also gave me a very good part ex price on my car just as much as I would of expected going private couldn’t recommend them enough absolutely in love with my bmw 4 series I got from them with no issues at all and also riaz the lad at the desk upstairs was very helpful and put me through to the correct lenders very professional team here at Blackline motors and I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car wouldn’t take my money anywhere else 5 star! 👍🏻

Great communication start to finish, met at the tram stop and picked up and taken to the garage in my car of choice. Motor was in great condition, process was easy, none of your typical car dealer pushiness. Overall one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.

Jacking up price with the so called admin fee not easy to negotiate with plenty of other cars out there for sale plenty of more upfront places selling cars wouldn't recommend due to unscrupulous sales tactics.
