    Potential False advertisement

    Be weary of the fact that half of there cars if not all can’t be financed even though it states on the advert you can get finance on the car so don’t get your hopes up. not only that I get 1 guy saying 1 thing over emails and then the boss on the phone saying another. It’s just ‘business’ apparently to the boss was the attitude I get . I fell in love with a car and had my heart set on the bmw 1 series with the black alloys and done all the calculations with how much id be paying back a month on finance and on insurance and it was perfect. Guy said I can put a £100 deposit on it to secure the car so when it finally came to it and I was excited to secure the car the boss said he won’t do finance on the car, so unless I came and got it Sunday with cash there was no chance of me having it. Bit dogey if you ask me. But It quite clearly states in the description FINANCE AVAILABLE. I’m sure there lovely guys but be weary of false advertisement. such a shame. Will find another one. Unless your willing to be actual car sales men with a bit of compassion to let me have finance on that car . why lead to believe from the start finance was available on it and why in emails to me not state that?

    Awful experience

    Awful company to deal with. Asking basic questions about the car (normal questions such as MOT, recent service, etc) for them to get funny and start swearing at you. Lucky escape tbh after reading other reviews

    Horrendous!

    Completely dishonest, unprofessional set-up who think it's ok to sell cars with developing faults at the time of purchase, provide questionable MOT results, and then refuse to accept liability. If only their premises looked like their website conveyed; dilapidated, run down office managed by immoral staff. Avoid at all costs.

    Don’t buy from these !

    Shocking experience when i was asking questions about buying a car over the phone and told he didn’t need the reg of my part exchange when asking for a price then rudely laughed and hung up the call ! Terrible customer service very rude

    Hi Brad we are sorry about your experience you had with us. The reason we didn't need your part exchange details is because you already sent them to us by email so we didn't need them. I have personally gone back on the recorded calls and no one laughed at you that was just the back ground. I've emailed you personally if you can kindly reach out to us.

    DO NOT USE! Couldn't get holding fee back

    I paid £150 holding fee so they would not sell the car. I told them on the same day as I test drove it that we did not want the car, but yet 2 weeks later, I have not received my money back.

    Do not buy from here untrustworthy

    Do not buy from this place! Purchased a car and within 2 days of having warning lights popped up and it’s in a bad condition. When I was told it’s in good working order when purchasing it. Now I have a car which isn’t drivable and very unsafe to use and they are taking no responsibility for it. Taking advantage of unknown members of the public is the worst! You should be ashamed

    Outstanding Customer Service

    These Guys are fantastic I flew down from Inverness to Manchester to collect my new car from them, they sorted transport from the airport to the dealership supplied refreshments on arrival, they have a great selection of cars I am delighted with my purchase give these guys a try you will not be disappointed
