Went to get a car for my wife, the staff was very helpful and friendly, it was a great experience from start to finish, joe was very helpful and helped me choose the perfect car! I’m happy with my purchase and will definitely be back again in the future!

DO NOT USE... staff on site were great, a verbal deal was made along with a follow up phone call a few hours later to say I am going to proceed with purchase and I was just waiting for my finance to come through. Staff on the phone agreed this was all ok. An hour or so later I received a text message stating if I didnt use there own finance company I would not be able to buy the car. The finance company I used had links with this dealer so there shouldnt have been any problem. Once my finance came through and was signed, the dealer said someone else had left a deposit so it was no longer for sale. Under handed sly tactics and Very unprofessional. To the young lad who showed me the car he was very helpful but to the management staff , extremely disappointing. ** DO NOT USE **

Was having a great experience with the family but after paying for the car I was asked to do a BACS transfer for the £99 admin fee (I had seen this and it was mentioned before I went to pay) and use their unofficial card reader they have to authorise my online payment I didn’t want to do this and wasn’t allowed to use a card to pay the fee, I was told it was on the website which I agreed with but said it didn’t mention it had to be cash or they add VAT, at this point I felt disrespected by the way I was being spoken to but then told I would not be able to buy the car (that I now already own) and this chap would personally march me off the premises. I went to get the money from the cash machine but it’s just not the way you expect to be spoken to, one of them apologised but it tainted the whole experience.

I had a really good experience with Black line motors.The guys made the whole process really easy and went above and beyond to get me the best deal and even sent me out some new controls for my car free of charge that there warranty didn't cover.I'm really happy with my car it's in really good condition, I'm sharing my experience with the dealership with family and friends as I can't recommend them highly enough
